This Monday lets #winedown and talk about temperature. Hopefully you’ve experienced how different your soda or tea taste at different temperatures. The same ideology applies with wine. Red wine taste better when it’s served slightly below room temperature, 53-69 degrees F (light reds like pinot noir taste better at the cooler end of the spectrum). White wines should be served 44-57 degrees F, (fruity whites on the cool side and oak aged whites on the warm side). And Sparkling wine does great at 38-45 degrees F (serve high end sparkling at white wine temperature). Use these tips to enjoy your wine at the highest quality! Happy Monday
