This year At FitCity we have the decided to help out with Donations to the WAIT House here in Warren County. The WAIT House is on Wait Street in Glens Falls. They house and support homeless teens in our community, including pregnant mom’s and teen moms with newborn babies. They are always in need of items especially since the Covid-19 outbreak. Any little bit helps!!... You are more than welcome to drop items off at the gym even if you are not a member. Bellow are a list of the types items they are in need of. I have set out 4 large hampers inside the group exercise room when you walk into FitCity. Once full we will set out a new hamper! These Organizations can never have to much. The best of luck this weekend at the NY Pro (now moves to Tampa FL) to one of my fellow Iron Sisters, FitCity Trainers and friends miss Rita. It was almost 1 year ago that Rita moves to upstate NY, I got wind that she was in the area and told her I lived here to. I am beyond blessed to have her! She has been incredible asset to my gym FitCity. Kill it this weekend Rita. Your FitCity family is routing for you!

MacKenzie Shutts loving the new disinfectant fogger machine. Yes our FitCity members wipe the equipment down before and after every use, but this just adds a whole new level of clean! Best investment ever!
