Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that Mike will be out of town and inaccessible until mid-September, he is dealing with some personal matters - so please keep him in your prayers! While Mike's away we will have other trainers teaching our Perinton Park boot camp classes that I think you'll enjoy. Classes will continue to be held Monday thru Saturday at 8:30 & 9:30a and Monday thru Thursday at 4:30. Please join us there!

STILL...There has been no word from our Governor as to when we can re-open our facility. Sadly several of our wonderful members have fallen, broken hips, wrists etc, injuries I believe could have been prevented had they been able to remain active at our gym. The sedentary lifestyle COVID has elicited is also causing and/or increasing depression, anxiety, hopelessness, weight gain and stress. The lack of exercise and socialization is creating just as many and possibly greater... physical and emotional risks to your well-being. It is in that light that I am urging you all to come join our "well-distanced" classes outside at Perinton Park. Mike offers alternatives to all movements to accommodate any limitations. You can set your own pace, take breaks as needed, or even work out on one of the benches or even bring a chair. We already have many members over the age of 70 participating and we would be willing to do additional group classes should they be requested or needed. Please talk it over with your work-out buddies and come give it a try! Fairport Fitness LOVES its members and we want to keep you well in all aspects of your life. See more
