VIRTUAL CLASS!! Tuesday, March 24th at 2:00pm. Class will be roughly 25mins and put your kiddos through a full body workout. No equipment is needed, just a small open space and internet access. Recommended for ages 4 and up. Cost is $5.00 per child & payable by VENMO. Comment below with your email address or email [email protected] for a registration link! I need 5 confirmed to run the class!

Ready for a workout? For your kids? I am ready to play with your children for 20-30 minutes, we will move our bodies the entire time & get those wiggles out. I am an ACE Certified Youth Fitness Instructor, so have tons of experience with building a fun, age appropriate workout for your kiddos! What TIME works for you? I am thinking 10am or 2pm, maybe 1-2x during the week. Comment below which time/days works best. It would be $5.00 per child and payable via Venmo. You wi...ll receive the link to our class by email once payment is made. I would need 5 families committed to a time to make this happen. Message me with any questions - Let's keep MOVING!

It's Friday! We've made it to the end of the week and adjusting to this new normal. Who would be interested in Virtual FitKidz Classes? I can do these in small groups or with your family. Our world is changing by the minute, just when we think we know what's next, we're right back where we started! Now, more than ever, keeping our bodies moving is important. Staying healthy is a necessity. I am working to provide you with virtual classes, so we can still keep our sense of community and feel connected. Stay tuned for more on that.... Hello Families, As new developments and rapidly changing information regarding the COVID-19 virus come in, I wanted to reach out and let you know that my FitKidz classes will operate as scheduled at your school. I am keeping informed of all school closures and suggested cancellations of activities and will follow the direction that your facility takes. All of my class sizes are small and I will take all necessary precautions to keep your families safe. I will discontinue hi...gh 5's and giving the children stamps on their hands. Any equipment used in class will be disinfected between each session. During this time of uncertainty, staying active is even more important. I am committed to bringing healthy habits to your families, in the event of school closures or program cancellations, I am more than happy to offer remote sessions, small group sessions or in home training!
