Got some Hip Thruster Plates and a Hip Thruster Bar from @bcstrengthofficial @bretcontreras1 for our Hip Transformer! These 45lb plates are 21 in diameter as opposed to a standard 18 plate making it easier to set up for Hip Thrusts. The Bar itself has exceeded my expectations and is of much higher quality than I imagined! Insanely thick at 32mm making it more comfortable and easier to balance on the hips.
