Hi! Thank you for being a part of Fit Strength Performance. At FitStrength Performance our mission is to help as many people as possible reach their performance and fitness goals. While the majority of our work is done in the gym, during sessions we focus on educating and building trust and relationships so our clients feel empowered and can be successful outside of their sessions. Mental health has increased over the last decade compared to previous decades. Both my family... and myself have been directly affected by mental health; Four years ago, on October 21st, my cousin took his own life due to mental health related issues. During this time a few of my family members as well as members in both the Buffalo and Fairport community have been pushing for more awareness on Suicide and how to help those in need. It is extremely important that youth and young adults have the support to develop the skills necessary in order to manage the daily stressors that they are now experiencing. I have teamed up with BSN to create a store with Fit Strength Performance gear. Therefore, we will be donating 50% of the proceeds earned to NAMI of Rochester. Learn more about NAMI here! Nami is a phenomenal organization that assists those who are dealing with social and emotional difficulties, and provides various support programs so those individuals can get the help they need to manage the stressors in their life.
