Our pancake are made with fresh potatoes from Marquart Farms in Gainesville NY, which they make great New York Chips to! New York Chips Our Grass Fed beef is from Utley Acres Inc. in Akron NY. ... We slow cook our goulash with carrots and pepper creating a magical gravy that we pour over our handmade pancake with a dollop of sour cream. We cook each and everyone of our dishes from scratch using family and friends Authentic recipes. Recipes differ from each region of Poland or Italy. Same goes with the spelling.. LOL So come! What an amazing first week! We had some ups, downs and growing pains but with the kindness and patience of our customers we had Success! We ask that you are mindful of others who are waiting for a table. We are taking 1/2 reservations and 1/2 walk-ins. We have 14 tables to accommodate you, a full bar and a Flamingo Lounge to have a drink while you wait with a food item! We are still training our staff, mistakes will be made and we will learn from them. We Apologize and... assure you that we are doing our best. We are so happy to be able to Open during these tough times but we got this and need to move on! Our phone system was having issues which we fixed and our phone has been ringing off the hook!
