This month is mouth cancer action month. Our team members got involved with the #bluelipselfies to raise awareness for something that is a reality for so many. A simple check can save your life. Today is National Floss Day! Great shirt Jackson and a great reminder for us all to take care of our teeth and gums! This would be a good day to develop the habit of flossing. Flossing is recommended at least once a day to remove plaque from areas in between your teeth where toothbrushing is ineffective and it's an important step in the prevention of cavities and gum disease. Dental tip: Try storing floss in your car, in your bag or in your office drawer--then break it out when you have time. There's no need for an excuse if you keep the floss handy and within reach.

It won't be a normal Thanksgiving for many, but there is still so much to be thankful for. We are especially grateful this year; for the reminder to stop and be thankful for the beautiful present; embracing the precious moments of being present. Our practice is 18 years old and still growing and changing everyday.
