Who doesn't like before and after photos? Today I walked one of my student's flips, I can wait to share some of that content with you guys. There was a point in my life where I really didn't trust anyone, and I bet you can tell how happy I was... Hopefully you can sense my sarcasm. So, I made a decision, it's time to find my #tribe!! . It was scary because that meant I had to honest and at times become vulnerable. . I started with a mindset of asking, "how can I help"! If you haven't read The Go Giver put it on your list now!! It's a book you should read at least once a year!!!... . I started to network and a weekly #realestate meeting was established. I hired a coach and worked on the real problems holding me back. This weekend had been a blast!!! . It started with my flight delayed, I almost gave up and waited to catch a different flight, but I headed some wise words from a friend "fortune favors the bold" . So, in the words of @jcschmitty I just "sent it" and missed my flight in Philly!! That ended up with a counsins reunion, I haven't seen my cousin Marc in about 10 years!! What a blessing to catch up and see a little piece of Philly!... . Finally I make it to Florida, all is well!! Yesterday I spend the morning with my coach, reviewing my coaching model, and I'm stoked to get home and get to work!! . The goal is to have 10 students in the next year!! Super excited to get the podcast up and running and start marketing @flip4freedom where I joint venture and help people find, fund, fix and flip 3 homes!! .
