Hello loves, I think it’s time that I introduced myself. My name is Samantha and I am the owner + lead designer of Flower + Grain. This new creative endeavour has been a long time coming and I am just thrilled to finally share it with everyone. For as long as I can remember I’ve always been obsessed with florals. Their textures, colors, fragrances, and natural beauty that was gifted to us by Mother Nature. It all started in the spring of 2017 when I decided to grow a small c...rop of annuals in my parents backyard and sell them on the side of the road. Each year it grew + evolved while my passion for flowers + creating happiness in a jar blossomed into me wanting to make this a business. Not only did my passion for flowers grow, but an urge to start working in my dads wood shop came to light. In the past I’ve made the occasional wooden bowl and wine stopper on the lathe for birthdays + Christmas gifts. (If you’re lucky enough to have one then you know you’re special). COVID-19 helped me recenter myself and realize that my true passions in life are creating with nature. So, this summer I came up with the name Flower + Grain and the rest is history!
