Wage theft is the biggest crime in the United States of America. New York State alone sees $1 billion of hard-earned money stolen from workers every year. It's therefore unconscionable for Governor Andrew Cuomo to veto the SWEAT Bill that would give workers the tool to secure their stolen wages. Now in the time of the pandemic when working people are struggling to survive, it's important for the government to protect workers' wages instead of helping unscrupulous bosses break the law. Demand Governor Cuomo sign the SWEAT Bill! Animation: Houzhi Huang Voiceover: Yolanda Zhang
