We make a fermented hot sauce with peaches, habaneros, roasted garlic (not sweet) it is yellow in color and takes you by surprise, we were calling it Yellow Fever but found out that name was taken, so then we called it Peaches Habanero to the point but a little boring, a customer came up with the not so P.C. name of Hurtin’ Ass because of the next day side effects if you have too much!

WE ARE VERY MUCH OPEN FOR BUSINESS! We are preparing our awesomely homemade menu items for "Contact-Less pick up" and "Socially Distanced Delivery". We are booking weddings and other events for 2020 and 2021 (filling up very quickly). We are currently working with a new Oswego building owner, (Jeffery Tonkin) to offer "Contact-Less Catering To-Go" and a cool new "Socially Distanced Pick-Up Window" 1-3 days a week at our Oswego (Minetto) NY Location.... We are also expanding our Cooked on Site, Self Service Pig Roast as well as Smoker and clambake equipment rentals. Stay in touch for updates!
