It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of original FOFSD Trustee Jeri Wagner, the wife of fellow original Trustee (and author) Mike Boyajian. A resident of Fishkill, Jeri was a descendant of William Gardner Sr., a soldier who had been stationed at the FIshkill Supply Depot during the Revolutionary War. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeri's honor to the World Wildlife Federation. Information concerning a future service for Jeri will be published on the McHoul Funeral Home (Fishkill location) webpage soon. Rest In Peace, dear friend.

We, the Friends of the Fishkill Supply Depot, applaud the Town of Fishkill Board which, earlier tonight, denied the extension of local water and sewer districts to the site proposed for commercial development. Through its decision, the town board demonstrated its understanding of the Fishkill Supply Depot's historical significance and acknowledged the desire of the town's citizens to protect a nationally-important site. Huzzah!
