Food Matters Again 25.05.2021

Friday is fun day when we are tasting the uniquely great Glacier Blue. An exquisite raw milk cheese which we adore - today we're cutting samples and fully enjoying our cheese selves. Natural rind blue cheese like this is rare these days - particularly so in our American community. Serious applause here for some stellar work from our partner friends at Cascadia Creamery - open rich layered flavors - finishing in buttery sweetness. At FMA this is one of the featured American cheeses over next couple of weeks - please let us know if you're interested in making Glacier's acquaintance.

Yes, believe it or not......new cheeses landing at FMA during a pandemic. Here are two of them - once upon a time 2020 was another big growth year at FMA and we had planned launch of these new cheeses way way back in a galaxy now seemingly light years away. Taking comfort in cheese as always at Brooklyn warehouse today - and now in stock at FMA from Herve Mons - 1924 Bleu and Tomme aux Fleurs. Sending big cheese shout to all of you out there and here's to you and all of yours staying safe. Thankfully eating well is a great defense and so good for our stress levels and immune systems - and we're all so good at that, right ??
