For His Purpose Ministries knows of a young wife and mother who has some health challenges and is facing surgery this week. She works for the State and has found herself in need of two (2) donated leave days in order to maintain her health insurance. If you or someone you know works for the State and can donate two days to this woman, FHPM is willing to pay the donor their regular rate of pay for the donated days. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 This is a straight forward and powerful message from God’s Word. There IS NO OTHER NAME under ALL Heaven by which we MUST be saved! Jesus is the only Son of God and He has all authority in heaven and earth. There is no wiggle room for the yeah, but argument. You can either walk the wide path and try to save yourself only to be eternally condemned to hell, or you can walk the narrow path, call upon Jesus, and follow Him unto eternal salvation. Not just a salvation that starts when you die, but one that starts the moment you are saved!

For His Purpose Ministries wants to remind everyone to keep the love going! There is still a great need out there to help people even in the most basic ways. As we always say, find a need and meet it.

For His Purpose Ministries is grateful for the many generous gifts so far to help a local family of five in need who was recently affected by an unconscionable act of violence. However, we still have a way to go to meet their needs. We are excited to announce that a Christian business leader has joined us and has pledged to match all gifts up to a total of $2000! There is fear all around us that is evident within the chaos of the spiritual warfare happening right before our eyes. These fears can be redirected to bring about positive change but if we substitute them with anger, hatred, violence and division, then we exclude God from the solution and make the outcome worse. Without God First, we make idols out of our efforts.

As many of you know, For His Purpose Ministries has been serving the capital region for several years now by finding a need and meeting it, one person, family, or cause at a time. Our efforts have not slowed down during the past few months of COVID 19 and we appreciate everyone who has supported these efforts. Today we received a call asking us to help a limited resource family who just experienced a life threatening incident within their home. I wish I could share the detail...s with you but it would not be appropriate for me to do that. As a result the incident, a look inside the home revealed that a struggling mother and her small children are living without adequate furnishings. Usually we do our giving in secret without letting our left hand know what our right hand is doing’ however, this need is slightly outside of our ministry’s current financial resources and so we are asking for help to raise the funds to meet the needs of this family.
