Hey All! People have been asking about our annual Howloween Costume Contest. Due to covid we are planning a virtual contest and working out the details. We will have great prizes and can’t wait to see your adorable pups and even you in your costumes! Will post all by end of week! Stay safe. Xo
***UPDATE*** hugger has been adopted by an awesome family in Massachusetts. Louise from Heavenly Angels Animal Rescue Inc. drove halfway to bring this cutie to ...his new forever home with 19 acres. He hit the jackpot!!!! We are thrilled at his happy ending!*** This awesome dog is available for adoption. Hugger was just at the park playing and now is getting neutered. Such a sweet boy! Contact through the email on post. Bobbi and the Strays
Hello All. Our awesome Maintenence Chair Don on the committee that takes care of the park installed our new tool/supply shed. We raised the money from you guys, our supporters at last year’s #cocktailsforcanines event. Thank you so much and try not to let the pups pee too much on it.
A dog from our park has kennel cough and the owner notified us. Look for symptoms and get your dog the vaccine. Here’s more info and spread the word. Thx. https://www.bluecross.org.uk/pet-advice/kennel-cough
One of our members just notified us that her dog has kennel cough and has been at the park recently. Do not share water bowls or balls and see about getting the vaccine/booster that is recommended. It is highly contagious and can turn into pneumonia.
Always a good idea to remember these keys to a fun & safe dog park visit!
