There are so many things you can do with honey, including making delicious honey wine, also known as mead! #localhoney #mead #honey
We still have honey available!
#DidYouKnow? In 1907, Charles Henry Turner discovered that honey bees see colors and patterns in a unique way. He began by training his subjects to fly into "co...rnucopias" of colored disks and boxes in O'Fallon Park in St. Louis. He then performed 32 experiments and learned that bees see different colors and discriminate among them. He believed that bees may be creating "memory pictures" of the environment to help them find their way back to their hive. This was a breakthrough discovery in the early 1900s! Over time, this discovery morphed into the knowledge that bees see color on a completely different spectrum than we do. #BlackHistoryMonth See more
We have honey! 16oz squeeze bottles. $10 each or 3 for $25. This is all from our own bees and from the 2020 season. It’s absolutely delicious! We’ve had customers say it’s so good they eat it by the spoonful.

As we have been getting a lot of calls and messages lately about buying beef and pork, I just want to let everyone know, that at this time, we only have honey available. We should hopefully have pork again by this fall. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.
