Fort Edward Community Food Pantry

Great news! I just got word that in April, anyone purchasing a reusable Fight Hunger bag at Hannaford in South Glens Falls will be helping the Pantry. Every bag purchased will get us a $1.00 donation.

We are almost to the end of February and I am letting you know that it is NOT too late to purchase your reusable bag at Hannaford in Kingsbury. We have earned $29.00 so far. Let's finish strong!

I am a little late with this post. We would like to extend a HUGE Thank You to Idle Hour Club for their annual end of year donation to the Pantry. I've lost track of how many years they have been so generous to what we do. Special Thanks to Peter Amorosi, Mitch Suprenant and Brian McCarty for making the delivery. It does truely take a village.

A big thank you to Brownie Troop 3547 from Hudson Falls for spending part of their Saturday morning packing Christmas food baskets for families in our community. We appreciate your help and kindness so much, girls! Merry Christmas!!!

I didn’t get as many pictures as I’d hoped, but a big Thank You to all of our volunteers today who helped distribute Thanksgiving baskets.
