Our Reenactor friends and community! We are making this call out to you for a very different reason than a re-enactment. This hard working, sweet, young lady, who works at the Fort as a graphic designer, needs your help! Hannah produces all the beautiful graphics for our re-enactments and special events including posters, signage, maps and so much more. I know the re-enactment community is a hard working and generous group of people. You’ve supported our efforts at Fort ...William Henry to bring history alive for thousands of people. Could you help to change the life of one more? Donations for medical expense can be made through the go fund me page -link below. Thank you so much for your continued support. We will release a full schedule as that approval gets closer.

Thank you to everyone for their continued support during the pandemic. These are uncertain times to say the least! We are continuing to monitor and abide by all government and health care protocols and the museum remains closed at this time. However our plan, at the moment, is to open this year, even though late in the season, if conditions permit and safety can be maintained. In the meantime, we are working with our friends group, The French and Indian War Society at Lake ...George, on exhibit planning, virtual tours and other on-line experiences. This down time is also being used to make needed repairs to the fort, catalog artifacts, develop new programming and thoroughly clean exhibit spaces. There will likely be some changes in operations when we open to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and visitors. This is our top priority! We will announce these changes on our website fwhmuseum.com and on this page. We look forward to welcoming you to the fort in the not too distant future. In the meantime, please stay safe and well!
