The family that works out together stays together! #sogreat ## This crew spent #valentinesday morning in the gym (with me ) and, as usual, the love and support they show one another is amazing. Today they were grinding though the aptly titled grit section of @zenathletic workout which called for 1 mile, .5 mile AND .25 mile on the bike - at the end of the #workout.
