A little Sunday Funday!!!

Diana shared a story of progress with me this week! She told me she no longer gets out of breath and worn out while washing her floors and making her bed. She said she used to have to take breaks and that seemed disheartening for her. This progress gave her light and happiness. I asked to share her grateful story. She asked for her dog, Grace, to be included. These two are workout buddies! These are the truly meaningful reasons to provide the training and time we have together.
