Instead, Cold Spring customers can reserve chickens to be picked up on Thursday, June 25 at Winter Hill (20 Nazareth Way, Garrison, NY) from 4pm 7pm, or in Beacon at Hudson Valley Brewery from 4pm 7pm (during the Second Wind ...CSA weekly pickups). WE STILL HAVE SEEDLINGS! We are hearing reports that many other retailers have sold out of tomato and other vegetable seedlings. Not so with Four Winds Farm! We still have dozens of varieties available. The seedling sale area will be open daily from 9am - 6pm for honor-system self-service sales. Please park in the designated spaces, follow the posted guidelines, and observe social distancing. Slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, cucumbers, summer squash, zucchini, winter squash, melons, onions, kale, chard, herbs, flowers and more.

THIS IS THE LAST TIME we will be offering online seedling orders this season. After Monday, May 25, our sale will be set up on the farm for self-serve shopping. COLD SPRING FARMERS MARKET CUSTOMERS: We are accepting preorders for vegetables to be picked up at market this Saturday, May 23. Click the Cold Spring Market logo on the store page to shop our available vegetables. Market preordering closes Thursday at midnight so that we have time to harvest and pack orders. NO ON-FARM VEGETABLE PICK-UP THIS SUNDAY (May 24): Our Sunday pickups will start back on Sunday, May 31.
