We have made the below changes to comply with Covid-19 protocols mandated by NYS and local regulations as follows: Face masks must be worn at all times by patrons and staff. Physical distance of 6 feet must be maintained. ... Contact tracing - each visit must be registered at ticket or rental counter. We will record your name, phone number, address and number of people in the group. Only sit next to the person(people) you came with. The new lodge is your vehicle. Come ready to participate. All personal items cannot be left in the lodge. There is no locker usage. Our lodge is limited to 50% capacity. For lessons and rentals, only the person(s) needing these can enter the building. All tickets are sold at the mountain side of the building, at the outside ticket window. Only person renting equipment can enter the building, others must wait outside. (Children should be accompanied by 1 adult) All rental shop equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each use. No sharing of equipment. All lessons and rental must be registered and fitted in advance. We are working on a program for Parent/Child. MORE TO COME! Food and snack service is limited. There is NO self service. Snack and Drink service is grab and go using our outside window. Pizza, chicken tenders, french fries and other items available at inside snack counter. If eating inside our lodge, please allow no more than 15 minutes to finish your food. No computer use is permitted at the tables or inside the lodge. Fire pit and S’mores are available. Other outdoor heated areas will are available as well. Patrons in all lift lines and tubing lines must maintain 6 feet distance. More changes will be in place as we continue this season. Masks and physical distance will help us all get through this. We have a lot of fresh air for you! There will be days when ticket sales will be limited.
