The Pavilion on Bill's Belly is now completed! The Pavilion is 12'x16' , it includes a picnic table, charcoal/wood grill and a bench. It overlooks a small cre...ek, pretty view and easy access from Hawley Road or a longer hike from Wart Road parking lot. I encourage all members and friends of Winona Forest Recreation Assoc. to check it out, bring a picnic. See more
