My fitness program starts January 2nd- looking forward to helping others find the way to a healthier, fitter physique!

My newest friends at the gym- two Precor ellipticals and a Precor tread. Love my cardio friends...nothing like being able to bang out cardio without wasting time- I’m too busy trying to get my lift on! Plus, the glute burn on these bad boys is intense- gonna be firming things up this winter for sure!
