Family Promise of Wayne County

FPWC has had so much to be thankful for recently that Thursday can't hold it all! We wanted to start our week off on a high note by highlighting our amazing Care Coordinator, Nancy Ramos. Nancy was born in New York City and was raised in Lyons where she attended school and is currently raising her six children. Nancy is very active in the Lyons Community currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Helpful Hearts. One of our families recently said Nancy has gone above an...d beyond in every way. She always answers my phone calls and texts directly. She has taken me to see apartments, brings over diapers, soap, hygiene products, and takes me shopping. I’m sure I’m forgetting some things. Graig shared, Nancy has been a huge asset for FPWC as her passion and care for families is exemplified by everything she does. Nancy has been instrumental in partnering and supporting every family that has walked through our doors with their goal of sustainable independence. There is no question that Nancy is an amazing representative of FPWC and I don’t know what we would do without her. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her and I look forward to many many more years working together. FPWC would not be able to achieve all of our successes without her contributions. We are so very thankful for Nancy Ramos!

We are celebrating not one, but TWO, families graduating from our program!! We are so proud of their hard work and happy to celebrate with them!
