Franklin County Department of Motor Vehicle is open by appointment only at the Courthouse in Malone. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to open the Saranac Lake Office. In order to set up an appointment you may call 518-481-1606. We ask for your patience at this time as were are trying to accommodate as many customers at we possibly can. Drop-offs can still be made in the Courthouse Lobby and we are also accepting mail-ins to: Franklin County DMV, P.O. Box 70, Malone, N.Y. 12953. There is a 5 day turn around for all drop-offs and mail-ins.
