All staked and graded... new self storage units coming soon to the Clifton Park Area...

Final Approval.... A 4 lot subdivision completed in the Town of Waterford... 2 lots with improvements and 2 almost 3/4 acre Building Lots with sewer and water services availabe on Devitt Road....

Another 2 lot subdivision all approved in the Town of Schodack.... one beautiful existing brick ranch and one almost 2 acre building lot next to the golf course....

Just completed another LLA (Lot-Line Adjustment) in the Town of Stillwater, now to file, then set up the 4 lot subdivision for some new homes on Kellogg Road

Halfmoon Town Board mtg.... my first PDD submission.... Approved and off to Planning....

Round one complete and approved.... 2 lovely homes soon to be available at 24 & 26 Leversee Avenue - Cohoes..... Round II.... Special Use Permit.....

Double meetings tonight.... start with a subdivision in Cohoes and then on to Halfmoon for my public hearing for Special Use Permit....

Planning Board approval for Subdivision... on to public hearing and final approval and welcome a new Sunmark FCU

ZBA meeting went well, All Variances approved for new site :) On to Planning Board for Special Use Permit :)

Another 3-Lot Subdivision Approved this evening in the City of Cohoes - New homes on the way this spring! :)
