Ready for a 5K? Festivals Fredonia is holding their First Virtual 5K. It's quick and simple to register. Just click on the link https://www.goneforarun.com/vi...rtual-race-red/rwm-0001.html and register. You get a medal and a shirt. It's a great deal and you will be supporting Festivals Fredonia. The virtual race goes from August 30th - September 12th. All you have to do is register then go out and either run or walk 5K (3.1 miles). Remember to time yourself.
