Day 3: Top to Bottom Core Awareness: Diaphragm and Pelvic Floor as part of the core .

So Talia and I got together and did our first video for you!!! A 20 minute Beginner Classical Pilates Mat video ! This is geared towards the beginner student . I forgot to add Pelvic tilts/rocking /clocks! Do those first OR before You do the 100 and after breathing. We had fun, so more videos to come. And keep in mind we are super precise in your form and how we teach in person! This was so tough to do because we are very attentive to detail at the studio, and I wanted to keep it flowing for you, but here’s something to move your bodies!!!!
