It's the little things in life that matter. Even something as simple as a letter to show you are thinking of a friend or loved one and it can mean so much and help spark an avalanche of kindness. So let's start our own avalanches of kindness! What do you do to show a friend or loved one that they are on your mind?
As we start the year we wanted to continue spotlighting incredible stories of our Employee Impact Award nominees. Kelly Matthews has been an asset to FREE from day one. She has always gone above and beyond to give the individuals we support the highest quality of care they deserve. She stays to do meds when there are last minute call ins. She would come in on her days off to assist the house with its needs. She has stepped in to shower and feed when we were short staffed. A...t the height of the pandemic, Kelly was fearless as she took care of COVID-19 positive clients, always putting them first. She is able to multi-task difficult assignments and has a great work ethic, getting the job done before it is even asked of her, the list goes on! Kelly has demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and is a respected member here at FREE. We are honored to have a nominee like Kelly and thank her for all that she has done to better the lives of the individuals we serve. See more
