Frenchie's Gym 19.05.2021

It’s been 1 year and 10 months today my dad passed away. It’s seems like yesterday. Time goes on ticking. The grief comes and goes in waves. With each day I realize how fragile life is and how important it is to make the best of each day. Life can get overwhelming with the pandemic, personal problems and just stuff we overthink about. Please take a deep breath, hug your loved ones, call a friend, do a kind deed without expecting something in return. All will be ok. God’s got you! Blessings to all! Love Papa Frenchie!

This was painted by a family member to honor my dad when he passed away. I am thinking of him and missing him tonight. Tomorrow is a new blank page. What will be your story? Happy New Year! Papa Frenchie loves you all! Cheers!

Happy New Year’s Eve!

Frenchie's Gym 23.12.2020

It’s December 31, the last day of 2020. My wish is that we all move forward. Life was never meant to be an easy walk in the park. We can take a stroll and pay attention to what is around us. Take in the scenery. Live in the moment. Smile, laugh and even cry for those we miss so much! May the New Year bring you all health, love, joy and a new found appreciation of how precious life is. Blessings always!

It’s almost the new year! 2020 has been challenging. Try and remember the good times. It’s ok to feel sadness. For every concern, worry, hardship or tear that you have gone through, there is a ray of sunshine awaiting with each new day! Embrace it!

In the rising of the sun and in it’s going down, we will remember him. From the moment we wake ‘til we fall asleep, we will remember him.... In the blowing of the wind and the chill of winter, we will remember him. On the frigid days of winter and the moments we breathe the cold air, we will warm ourselves with his embrace and we will remember him. In the opening of buds and the rebirth of spring, we will remember him. As the days grow longer and the outside becomes warmer, we are more awake and we will remember him. ~ Jewish Blessing
