When @foodlinkny hosted their first drive thru emergency grocery distribution at the market last March, we had no idea that one year later, these would become r...egular market programming and still be going on every Wednesday. Foodlink has been at the market in all weather conditions providing free boxed groceries with a smile. Their service and dedication has been truly inspiring to see. When the pandemic hit, they launched 13 distributions per week; 9 in outlying counties and 4 within Monroe county to provide food in a safe, dignified format. We’re swooning over the newest permanent small biz in the market district @katboocha! Kat just finished renovations on her booch bar and opened last month at ...106 Railroad Street! Let’s congratulate this smart, talented, inspiring lady! She’s been brewing her delicious and locally sourced kombucha out of @rohrbach_brewing for years but now has a permanent home in the neighborhood. Be sure to check it out on your next trip to the market. Hours are 9-6 Thurs & Friday, 9-2 Saturday!
