Good morning our Fringe family! We are so thrilled to start the new year with all of you with us. A new year means a fresh new start for all of us! Part of a fresh start for us is ensuring that all clients are given our utmost attention. We are implementing some new policies to help ensure that every guest has the best experience possible and that every stylist has the appropriate timing scheduled for each of you . Our new policies are as followed: ... Fringe Hair Design values both our client’s time as well as the time of our stylists. In an effort to protect our Stylist’s schedules & our client’s appointments (and those on wait lists) we will now require a deposit, 50% of your booked service . These deposits may be applied: ~ To appointments requiring more than an hour to complete ~ To the re-booking of a same day cancelation. ~ Clients that have frequent (3 or more) cancelations within 24hrs of their appointments *Deposit rate will be based off 50% of the estimated total service fee but will be no less than $25. Deposit will be applied to the scheduled service. If you are unable to make your appointment and you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your service the deposit may be used towards future services. If client NO SHOWS or cancels within less than 48 hours , the deposit remains non-refundable and will be applied to the stylist’s commission to compensate for the stylist’s time allotted for the appointment. 2. We have a no show- no call policy. Whether you are new or existing salon guest, failure to give 48 hour notification for cancellation of services will result in the deposit NOT being refunded. For clients that cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe, the deposit amount may be applied to future payment upon next service completion. Though certain exceptions may apply, we ask for consideration of our time We understand that changes can sometimes be uncomfortable. We value each and every one of you just the same as we value each other, we hope you do the same. Understand that these new policies are in place to protect the wellbeing of our stylists. We understand that situations arise that sometimes out of our control. We kindly ask that you call your stylist if you do not intend on making your appointment or if you will be more than a few minutes late. Thank you all for sticking by us through thick and thin!
