So, another year is upon us!! We have gotten a bit of a late start and will be doing less taps this year. Rob's leg has been giving him quite a bit of trouble and he has an overly busy work schedule. Our 16 year old son, Lucas is going to take on the bulk of the work and do the collecting and boiling each day. Since he will be doing most of the work he will be getting most of the proceeds from our sales. He is looking at an IPhone so know that most likely your purchases will be helping him directly this year. :). Keep in mind we won't have as much this year so place your orders early. I'll let you know as soon as prices are established!

The very last of our syrup. Snag yours up for a great Christmas gift! We have one quart at $14. (Dark,robust) and8 glass leaf jars, also at $14. We have 4 each of the Amber and Dark Robust in the leaves. The Amber have red ribbons to signify we used organic practices for those batches.

Our page has been quiet for some time now. My fibromyalgia has given me a rough go of it late so please forgive me! Enjoy the holiday season as I plan to and don't forget to use pure NY Maple Syrup !!! :).

Syrup is dwindling. We have 3 glass mugs, 10 glass maple leaves, 1 half pint, 1 pint and about 12 quarts! If you need your syrup or some for gifts contact us before it's too late!! :)
