Ft Knox Rc Park

****************ACTION NEEDED******************"* RC Brothers and Sisters Many of us have gotten our RC start at Gunhill track in the Bronx or at least heard of... it. For those that have been around a little longer may know it by the name of Fort Knox RC Park. If anyone has passed by recently it is barely recognizable as an RC Track. We have an opportunity to ensure that this track is around for the young kids of the Bronx to discover our beloved RC. In addition to those young kids we can continue to gather for testing, tuning, racing and mentoring young racers. The community board 12 is asking for us to be present at the next Parks Department meeting in full force so that they know the RC Community is alive and and willing to support this track. Whats up guys, its that time of year again... The 3rd Annual New York City Off Road Championships is just a little over a week away, Sunday the 22nd here at Ft. Knox Park. We will be making some track changes leading up to the event. ... Some of the fastest drivers in the region will be in attendance battling it out for the crowns. Champions will be crowned in the following classes: *Nitro Buggy *Nitro Truggy *Electric Buggy *4WD Short Course *2WD Short Course
