Our new 8 channel, 4 amp peak 1 amp hold pulser module for cleaning injectors. This in-house manufactured driver can pulse high to very low impedance injectors at 0-1000hz and 0-100 percent duty cycle. This allows for a safe yet very thorough cleaning as well as used for burn-in of modified injectors. Most injector cleaning machines use 5 ohm resistors knowing it is good enough for some injectors yet wrong for most injectors. At Fuel Injector Services we’re constantly investing in top of the line equipment. Most of the time making making the equipment in-house because this stuff literally doesn’t exist in the open market.

Dynamic flow test of Billet Atomizer 550. 50 percent duty cycle, 6,000 rpm, 90psi! Please turn the volume down! I have to wear earmuffs with these things they are so loud!

Over 20 liters of test fluid in those cylinders! Thats only 30 seconds of 550lb injector static flow.

We took a break from building the most complicated fuel injector test machine we could Imagine, to go out with the shop car. All 16 of those injectors were doing work! It’s always nice to have a successful evening at the track.

Some insider preview shots of Flowzilla. At over 5ft tall, it’s starting to look pretty impressive! I want to thank Phil Scarlata and P. Tool & Die in Chili, NY for the machine work to the upper and lower cylinder retaining plates. Phil’s exceptional machine work is making this critical portion of the build proceed flawlessly. I have some plumbing as well as the electronics package, but it’s coming together nicely!... This machine will easily tackle the largest racing fuel injectors, and will be one of the most capable flow benches in the hands of a non-manufacturer.

A customer called yesterday and needed some 50 lb/hr injectors. We took an off the shelf injector, modified them (originally 22 lb/hr) and they flow dead on the 50 lbs/hr goal. These have a nice spray pattern and OEM Bosch reliability, with an affordable price!
