Hello there friends. It’s been a seriously long time since my last series of posts. In the meantime I’ve gotten certified through the ICPA in Webster technique and perinatal chiropractic care, learned Neuroemotional Technique, and incorporated Quantum Neurology. That’s a lot of fancy lingo for learning some seriously amazing tools for helping patients with difficult to treat nerve problems, stress related pains, and help moms and babies get healthier naturally. There’s more to come on all that soon. Can’t wait to share more miracles with you!

So tonight is the big night. My sons are itching to get out and snag as much candy as they can. It's a big deal for them because generally they never get candy. While we do loosen the rules a bit on this one night we generally go through and weed out all the really bad stuff. We let them keep a handful, but most of them get donated or gifted away. Another thing we have done it allow the kids to swap out their pile of immune suppressing, insulin pumping, kidney damaging candies for a small toy or gift. I'm curious what great ideas any of you might have that keeps your kids healthy and still allows them to enjoy the fun of Halloween!
