Thank you to those who wore Purple in support of Domestic Violence Awareness. We had some special "little friends" who wanted to show their support and numerous offices in the County Building. Also, if you drive by the County Building at night you will see purple lighting on the "Tree of Hope."
Be sure to WEAR PURPLE tomorrow in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Take pictures of you or your group and message them to us!!!
Thank you to the Mental Health Association in Fulton and Montgomery Counties for putting on the Trunk or Treat event last night. The DA's Office theme was "Candyland" (and the unofficial poll of kids said we had one of the best spots of the night!!! ).
If you're looking for fun, free event to bring your kids come to the Mental Health Association in Fulton and Montgomery Counties Trunk or Treat event this coming Tuesday. You never know who you may see there!!!
Thank you to the Fulton County New York Board of Supervisors for taking the time to recognize October as "Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Fulton County." This year we are not able to gather together at the "Tree of Hope" or have our annual "DV Awareness Walk" but we are still encouraging people to "WEAR PURPLE" on October 22. Feel free to send us your photos of you or your group wearing purple and we will post them next week.
What options do you have when you get a traffic ticket? The Fulton County Traffic Diversion Program is one option that you may not even know about.
As we close out Crime Victims' Rights Week, this quote summarizes the message that is often part of the recovery for Crime Victim Survivors. As we go through the current COVID-19 crisis, maybe this message that Crime Victim Survivors use to find HOPE can be of help to you. Just changing your perspective and your reaction can be the most important thing to getting through the trials. #NCVRW2020
