Announcing HFC's second annual #HumansOfDementia Storytelling Contest! If you're a high school or college student, we invite you to join the Humans of Dementia... movement. All you have to do is profile someone who is living with or someone who has passed from Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia, using written or photo storytelling.
