We are mobilizing a small flashmob of support, and if you are within driving distance, it would be great if you were able to attend. Barbara has generated significant momentum around a demand that the Governor carve out - in the 2020-21 budget - at least $2 billion from the Clean Energy Fund (CEF), or any other appropriat...e funding source, to launch a statewide, all-buildings, energy efficiency initiative (as we await our state climate action plan by the end of 2022).
