Clean out your sinus regularly using a nasal spray this prevents germs from even getting into your body. Gargle often with mouth wash or salt water to wash away germs. There are so many things we do have control over to keep our bodies in good health.

As with all small businesses we are trying to serve the needs of our patrons while maintain a safe environment. I have adjusted my scheduling in order to space people out so there is little overlap and everything can be sanitized completely between each person. Thanks!
