This weekend I was with the Canandaigua/Condor/Newark/Rochester Composite Squadrons. They completed Urban Direction Finding (UDF) training. This is needed when Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELT) are activated due to a potentially downed aircraft. This team in the photos training to use special direction finding equipment that allows them to pinpoint the location of the offending transmitter.
