Her chosen medium is photography and April has gained a reputation as an accomplished photographer and printer. Her learned technical skills have greatly enhanced her natural sense of design, composition, color and form. Floral and plant photography comprises the bulk of April's most recognized work. Her deep connection and sensitivity to mother earth and all her inhabitants has dictated her favorite subject matter. Her love of gardening inspired April to photograph flowers with emphasis on shape, form and sensuality. Many of her photographs are of the flowers she tends in her own gardens. "I take care of them and they take care of me."

Hey ther girls and boys got some good news and some bad news. Bad news first my building was sold and the new landlord sees things a lot differently from my old one. We have to move.
