Look at God!!!! Real story..... I had a dream about doing this resistant band exercise and woke up and saw a post of the amazing @meg.boggs doing the same exercise. Sooooo an hour later I go to my gym @burn_n_build_training for training and my trainer. @himknownashector and @gissaniafit had the exact same set that was in my dream... Now....you know I had to get out of my head and remove the mindless chatter and say "Icy you can do this!" and I did it! Never and I mean Never limit yourself, even if you are scared! Jump damn it!
