These are delicious! Mix all ingredients,add drizzle of water if needed to thin batter a bit( you want a cookie dough consistency) Drop on sprayed cookie sheet Bake in preheated 350degree oven for about 8-10 min or till golden brown

Made these for my Mother's Day treat !! Really tasty only thing is the paper liners tend to stick next time I'll try the aluminum ones. Recipe- Melt coconut oil Mix together everything but the powder peanut butter... Slowly add water to the mix , consistency should be on the thin side Pour 1/2 the mix in 4 liners Mix the powder peanut butter with water again you want a bit thin but not watery Pour on top of chocolate mix Then top with rest of chocolate Freeze till set See more
Made myself a strawberry shortcake In a small microwave-safe bowl whisk the wet ingredients together with a fork. Add the dry ingredients and whisk again. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes or until the top is just dry (times will vary according to which flours you use). Don't overbake! Top with fat free cool whip, sliced strawberries, Or you could add some more sweetener to the batter and top with your favorite low-carb frosting of choice.

My house smells heavenly!! These are absolutely delicious Blend all ingredients in a blender except for 2 spoons of cinnamon and the almonds After ingredients are blended pour in sprayed muffin tin then top with cinnamon and almonds Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees until toothpick comes clean (about 10 min)

Oh mmm ggg I made it!!! Mock Apple crisp, low fat low carb So so good Honestly it tricks your taste buds into thinking it's the real deal... I used butter spray and water to cut the topping instead of butter Add cinnamon and nutmeg into the zucchini with 1/4 cup stevia less or more depending on your taste .. peel zucchini slice add stevia and cinnamon mix together add to a sprayed baking dish In a bowl mix walnuts , almond , coconut flour And cinnamon into the topping with a spoon of stevia Spray butter spray and add little water till makes it crumbly Top zucchini mix ,bake at 350 for about 45min

So I was asked by one of my client/ friends if I would prepare some meals for her and of course I said yes because I absolutely love doing it!! So I'll be making her 28meals -14 lunches 14 dinners along with some healthy snacks / treats! Just made these babies for her good nutrition on the run Avocado protein cookies No added sugar no flour ... Simply delicious So easy Ingredients are posted in picture Mash the avocado then mix in rest of ingredients Drop by tbs on sprayed cookie sheet press down to spread them out a bit they should all weigh 20 g per cookie Bake in over 350. Degree for about 8 min don't let them over cook

Makes 12 or you can use cake pan ... 1 -6oz sweet potato washed cut in cubes and boiled till soft, drained 1 egg 2 scoops protein powder( I used Dymatize chocolate) 1 serving-Cocoa mocha 1/4 cup water Can add stevia if you want but plenty sweet enough Spoon baking soda Throw all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth Bake at 350 for about 10 min ( I eyeball and toothpick) Can top with berries and more Per muffin Calories-44 Fat-0.7g Protein -5.8g Carb -3.3g
