Lead Teachers must have an Early Childhood Degree, (acceptable 9 credits in Early Childhood with a plan of study) or a CDA and relevant experience. Job duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring children are safe, happy, and nurtured; planning the daily program including educational and recreational activities; communicating with parents and families regarding their child’s day; snack and meal prep and clean up; light cleaning (sweeping, wiping down tables, etc.); and m...ore. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The rate of pay varies from $11.10-$13.00/hour, commensurate with experience and credentials. The successful candidate must undergo a criminal, child abuse, and special population abuse background check; have a current physical and TB Test; also have first aid and infant/adult cpr and take part in mandatory trainings.
