D'Aug's House of Girth

scarlola e salsiccia senza fagioli (that would be escarole and sausage without beans ;))

Marinated some chicken with a little brown sugar, vinegar, and bbq sauce. Roasted it w D'Aug's fave bbq spice blend. Served w/ baked beans and buttered corn. A little taste o' summer on this frigid Saturday!

When D'Aug was but a pup, he used to get very excited when his mother would say they were having brisket. He thought they were having biscuits! Brisket's still in 2nd, but it's much closer than it used to be...

Carrots and Po-tay-toes

Brisket, carrots, and red potatoes. Used thyme and marjoram, and a really tasty Syrah. Slicing that bit off the top was totally worth it.
