Sunday August 11, at the Glen Haven School.... 1:00 pm: Annual dish-to-pass picnic 1:45 pm: Annual business meeting (trust me, we keep it short!) 2:15 pm: Program: "Notable and Special Alumni of the New-York Central College" by speaker Marlene Parks... Should be a great afternoon, look forward to seeing all of you!

Next program, Thursday July 11, 7pm at the Glen Haven School: "Bean Pickers: American Immigrant Portraits" being presented by Karen Foresti Hempson. See you all there!

Thanks to our fellow historical societies, the Skaneateles Historical Society and the Spafford Area Historical Society for the joint program last week. A great time was had by all, and we look forward to doing this again!

Don't forget, tonight 7pm at the Borodino Hall Community Center 1861 East Lake Road in Skaneateles (technically in Borodino...) joint program with the historical societies from Skaneateles and Spafford: David Miller speaking about the steamboats on Skaneateles Lake. Come out and enjoy an evening with our other 2 local historical societies!
