Yay for back stretching/exercises! These are great even Pre and post-Covid but with everything going on, with potentially more stress, maybe less gym time, being out of our routine, doing more, etc, these are a great thing to do daily and prevent back injury! Listen to your body. Please don’t do if anything causes discomfort. Check in with a knowledgeable professional about form, even if on zoom. Find the one(s) that are right for you.
